Uranus takes close to 84 years to go round the Sun, so its own motion is about four degrees a year and Earth's yearly overtake does most of the work. The result is a retrograde about once a year, 153 days long, over an arc of about four degrees: Uranus is retrograde 41.2% of the time and spends a whole year within a few degrees of one spot. The 198 periods in the archive read as a slow crawl, one sign every seven years, with the loop length barely moving between 149 and 154 days.

Each is the gap between a period's two stations as the catalogue stores them, floored to the hour, so lengths come out in whole days rather than hours.
